Growing up as a competitive dancer, I needed something to occupy my time in college so I started taking group exercise classes. I quickly fell in love with working out and shortly after college decided to get certified and share my love of fitness with others! I love all kinds of training, whether it's lifting with barbells, high intensity interval training or running half marathons.

As a trainer, one of my favorite things is being able to witness clients transforming and pushing beyond what they think they can do. My active lifestyle allows me to continue the strong relationship I have with chocolate chip cookies.

 Bill is the Assistant Studio Manager of OrangeTheory Fitness in Center City Philadelphia. My fitness journey started at being close to 300lbs. Through dedication and hard work I have lost 116lbs total and 40lbs with OrangeTheory Fitness. OTF has changed my life and because I love fitness and love people I decided to leave my field of property management and accounting to help others achieve their fitness goals.
